At PDM, our focus is to empower students to choose the appropriate educational institution that meets their needs. We provide a safe and reliable introduction to accredited universities and career services institutions 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We are proud to support military students serving in all branches of the armed forces and their families.
Founded in 2010-2011 by a group of educators and technologists with a passion for online learning and online marketing, Performance Demand Marketing, LLC has created a host of solutions to aid colleges and universities, agencies of record and other firms in performance based interactive strategies. Our founders have over 30 years of education, startup technology and interactive marketing experience. Literally, we've been on both sides of the table in lead generation and education. We understand your pain points and pitfalls as well as the pure thrill of seeing a student and possibly even their entire family graduate. We work to ensure you are receiving compliant leads that perform so we can share in that excitement of a graduation.
The founder team is unique not found in the industry as domain experts for Education, Lead Gen Aggregator and startup tech experience. One cofounder assuming the role of direct EDU institution relationships and best practice enrollment consulting channel was a Director of Enrollment for the largest post-secondary EDU institution in the United States. He has been recognized in the Presidents Circle of Excellence for the past 6 years; is recognized as an expert in the industry and current accreditation auditor for national campuses for the largest post-secondary EDU institution. He recently earned statewide recognition as one of the top forty “Accomplished Business Professionals Under 40” for the entire state.
Another founder assuming the role of relationships to aggregators and agencies of record, media and customer development teams as well as Chief Executive. He led the West Coast Client Development teams serving in excess of $100 MM client revenue for another top 5 aggregator. He is an experienced founder level startuper and has had roles in other startups from Global Service Manager to VP of Business Development. In his career before startup, he was a large high school principal for years, earning recognition as Statewide Principal of the Year in 1999, President of the Principals Association 1998 and Statewide Administrators Association the following year. He was a founder for one of the first distance learning consortium labs in the western United States with 11 high schools, a community college and a university to offer education from "kindergarten to graduate school for learners of all kinds" - public education students AND their families side by side. He received state, regional and national recognition for this forward thinking approach before online learning was in vogue
